Airlines and Airports
Tweed–New Haven Airport
US Airways Express serves Tweed New Haven Regional Airport. When you arrive
you may take a taxi (about $20) to OMSC.
Bradley International
Airport, Hartford
There is no commuter flight service from Bradley Airport to New Haven.
We recommend shuttle service provided by Connecticut
Limousine: (800) 472-5466. Shuttle rates are $28 (one-way)
and $52 (round-trip). Allow 90 minutes travel time to New Haven. Then,
take a taxi (about $10) to OMSC.
LaGuardia,
JFK
and Newark
Liberty airports
There is no commuter flight service from these airports to New Haven.
We recommend shuttle service provided by Prime
Time Connecticut shuttle, toll-free 866-284-3247, or Connecticut
Limousine, toll-free (800) 472-5466. Note: Prime Time will
deliver passengers directly to OMSC, whereas Connecticut Limousine will
not. Allow 2 to 3 hours travel time to New Haven. Then, take a taxi (At
least $12) to OMSC.
Train or Bus
Train
and bus service is available from Boston, New York, Philadelphia and other
cities to Union Station in New Haven. From Union Station, take a taxi
(about $10) to OMSC.
Metro
North To/From New Haven and New York (Grand Central)
Amtrak
To/From Washington-Baltimore-Philadelphia-Newark-New York-New Haven-Springfield-Boston.
Greyhound
bus service.
Arriving by Car
From I-95, at New Haven
turn north at exit 48 onto I-91. Take exit 3 (“Trumbull Street”)
from I-91. Continue for 4 traffic lights to “Prospect Street”;
turn right. Go about 1 mile to OMSC at 490 Prospect St., on your left.
From I-91
take exit 3 (“Trumbull Street”) and continue as above.
From Merritt/Wilbur Cross Parkway (Route 15)
take exit 61 (“Hamden–Whitney Avenue”). Go south on
Whitney Ave. (towards New Haven) about 4 miles to Canner Street. Turn
right on Canner, and go to the top of the hill to Prospect Street. Turn
right, and immediately turn left into OMSC's driveway at 490 Prospect
St.
